Description:

Once a family apartment, walls were brought down to have an open plan space, and then divided into mirroring lofts destined for student rentals.

The design features IKEA furniture as requested from the client to keep costs down. 

The layout is of a minimalist sort, also the white walls allow the space to feel bigger than it actually is. Even the catalan vault roof gets plastered for the light to bounce off. Only the wall facing to the street façade stays with the original, yet restored brick.
